Stacy Ridge Estates Pool Rules

  General Guidelines

Upon purchasing your new home in Stacy Ridge, you became a member of the Homeowners' Association (HOA).  All HOA members - in good standing - have access to the community amenities.   To enter the pool and cabana areas, you must have a key card to access. One key card is allowed per household and cards are good year after year.  If you do not have a key card or are in need of a replacement key card, please e-mail poolkey@nmitx.com.  Remember, it is not recommended that anyone swim alone and there is No Lifeguard on Duty so supervision of children is MANDATORY.
